Description
The SE 3 arrived in September 2025, three years after the SE 2, and closes much of the gap with the main Apple Watch line. It gains the S10 chip, an always-on Retina display for the first time on an SE, wrist temperature sensing, sleep apnea notifications and Sleep Score. Cellular versions now support 5G.

What to check before you buy
- Confirm SE 3 in the title. Older SE models are still widely listed and look the same in photos.
- Choose GPS or GPS + Cellular based on whether you plan to add the watch to a phone plan.
- Check that the box is sealed and that the seller accepts returns.
- Apple Watch deals tend to appear around launch season and holiday sales; see our article on the best time to buy electronics on eBay.
