What to check before you buy
- eSIM only: there is no physical SIM tray, so confirm your carrier supports eSIM activation for this model.
- Sealed, recent stock: with a launch in late October 2026, supply is tight; be wary of listings far below others and read our guide to spotting fake eBay listings.
- Activation Lock: a new, sealed iPhone should power on to the Hello screen with no previous Apple Account attached. Refuse any unit that asks for someone else’s Apple Account.
- Regional model: check the model number on the box matches a US or Canadian unit for full band support and local warranty.
